General Terms & Conditions of Stay

Planning your stay at Casa Serenity? Here you’ll find everything you need to know before you arrive – from check-in details to house rules and what’s included during your stay. We’ve kept it simple, transparent, and easy to follow.

Accommodation Reservation

Reservations for Casa Serenity can be made by contacting us directly via email. When you get in touch, we’ll confirm availability and explain the next steps, including the provision of passport details, which are required at the time of booking.

Your reservation is only considered confirmed once we have received the required deposit and sent you a confirmation email.

Casa Serenity is available only to guests named at the time of booking. We require basic passport details for each guest, in line with local regulations. These will be securely held and submitted to the relevant authorities as required by law.

The host reserves the right to refuse accommodation to unregistered guests (including children).

The minimum stay is 5 nights, and the accommodation is only available for the agreed booking period.

  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM

  • Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Check-in/out times may be adjusted with prior agreement. If check-out is delayed without prior arrangement, an additional night may be charged.

Prior to arrival, you’ll receive detailed check-in instructions via email, including the key safe code and apartment entry details. You’ll be provided with two sets of keys. Lost keys will incur a replacement charge of £50.

Casa Serenity is designed for a maximum of 3 guests, ideally 2 adults and 1–2 children. The sofa bed in the living area can sleep one adult or two children comfortably.

Guests are expected to treat the apartment and its furnishings with care. Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately and may be deducted from the security deposit.

Should the cost of damage exceed the deposit amount, guests are liable for the remaining cost.

Casa Serenity is strictly non-smoking. Guests are responsible for locking the apartment when leaving, turning off appliances, and ensuring taps and water valves are shut off.

The apartment is in a quiet residential complex. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Loud music and parties are not permitted. Breaches of these rules may result in deductions from the security deposit or early termination of the stay without refund.

Towels, pool towels, bed linen, and kitchen cloths are provided. For stays over 14 nights, fresh linen will be made available.

Additional cleaning or linen changes during your stay can be arranged for an extra charge of £50, payable directly to our local team.

Free public parking is available.

❌ Pets are not allowed
❌ Non-registered guests are only allowed with prior approval

Please ensure the apartment is securely locked whenever it is left unattended, and never leave the keys inside the lock. Upon departure, the apartment must be locked and ALL sets of keys returned to the key safe.

Payments and Cancellation Policy

We like to keep things straightforward. Below you’ll find details about payment terms, our £200 refundable deposit, and our cancellation policy. If you have any questions, we’re just an email away – we’re always happy to help.

Accommodation Price & Payment

All rates are listed on our website or provided directly upon enquiry. Prices include water, electricity, internet, cleaning, toiletries, and use of all apartment facilities.

To secure your booking, payment is made in two parts:

  • A 40% deposit payable within 3 working days of confirmation

  • The remaining 60% balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival

Payments must be made via bank transfer. Full details will be provided upon booking.

A refundable deposit of £200 is required and must be paid via bank transfer no later than the day before arrival. After your stay, the apartment will be inspected.

If there is no damage, the full amount will be refunded promptly. Any loss or damage may be deducted from this deposit.

  • If you need to cancel your booking, the following charges apply:

    • Cancellation less than 45 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay

    • Cancellation less than 25 days before arrival: 80% of the total stay

    • Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: 100% of the total stay

    In all cases, the cleaning fee will be refunded in full.
